Art Anywhere Lessons
MY name is Leah and I have a Bachelors in Fine Art, a minor in Art History and a Master’s Degree in Education. Working with a variety of art mediums throughout the years that include watercolor, gouache, oil pastel, chalk pastel, colored pencil, acrylic and oil have allowed me to explore a variety of techniques that I would love to share with you. I have taught art in both private and public schools and have always wanted to find a way to create a safe space for artistic expression in a comfortable one-on-one or small group setting. I’m thrilled to work with budding and full bloom artists as well as everyone in-between. I’m excited by new ideas and new artistic endeavors. I offer a variety of programs based on the individual goals of each student. I’m happy to travel to your home or meet at a local park or local beach so that you can create in a comfortable environment or find inspiration in your surroundings. I look forward to creating with you!

Instructional Inspiration
Art Lesson (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, 120 mins)
These instructional lessons are based on the student’s learning goals. They may include learning a new art medium, concept or enhancing a developing artistic skill. These lessons are geared towards elementary school, middle school, high school students and continuing education students that want to explore art curriculum in a home setting. This type of lesson is for individuals that prefer a more formal approach to art making. LESSONS CAN BE CATERED TO ADDRESs EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS or a specific curriculum. A perfect program for homeschool students or any age that wantS to work towards an artistic or creative goal WITH A CLASSIC CLASSROOM LESSON STRUCTURE. CLASSES VARY FROM A SINGLE SESSION TO WEEKLY MEETINGS.
CreatIVE Company
Creative Session (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, 120 mins)
These lessons are designed to explore your creativity by using different art mediums in an informal setting. ARE YOU Inspired by your garden and want to paint a flower or bouquet? ARE YOU GOING ON A VACATION AND WOULD LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO CREATE SMALL PAINTINGS TO REMEMBER THE MOMENTS? ENJOY HAVING COMPANY WHILE YOU CREATE AND A SAFE SPACE TO TRY NEW ART MEDIUMS AND IDEAS? This TYPE OF lesson is more informal and STILL GUIDED BY THE CREATIVE GOALS OF THE STUDENT. CLASSES VARY FROM A SINGLE SESSION TO WEEKLY MEETINGS.
Party Projects
Group Projects (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, 120 mins)
Add some creativity and fun to an upcoming party or gathering. I will provide the materials and project ideas so that you and your guests can let loose and get creative! Projects may vary from open ended to step-by-step group guided instruction, it all depends on you. I design projects and select materials based on theme of the party. Garden parties may include step-by-step instructions to create a watercolor of a flower or plant shadow drawings. A book club party may by guided to create an acrylic painting based on a landscape or a place they’ve read about. I work with all ages and all different gatherings that include birthday parties, garden parties, garden club gatherings, bird watching gathering, book clubs, girl nights, guys nights, friends nights, dates and any other type of get together you have planned.
